This is Bethany, who JUST turned 11 years old by the way! This is her "photo shoot" that she does at times when she wants to play dress-up. I looked through her photos and was amazed at how big she is now! I guess I am so used to seeing her everyday it just didn't register. Hannah is getting big too but Bethany looks like a teenager to me now. At least Hannah is still a little girl!
Strange how it sneaks up on you, these little changes that we tend to overlook. Kind of reminds me of when I see photos of myself (full body shots or close-ups). I see myself each day in the mirror and am aware of unsightly changes but boy, when I see those photos, I really look (and usually cringe in disgust at myself) but weird how photos seem to capture a different story than what you see each day. Just pondering...

ReplyDeleteHello model! I can't believe how grown-up she looks, I mean I know she is getting older and all, but she just looks so gosh darn grown up!!! I totally agree with you though Lori, it is so easy to go day to day and not pay attention to such changes, then one day realize by looking at old photos how much we all change!
