Doggy Drama

Well, as much as I thought Lucy would be the next Star Dog in agility, I decided to pull her out of it for now. Call it bad timing, lack of enthusiasm on the girls' part, lack of comfort on Lucy's part, lack of flexibility on the trainer's part, lack of disposable cash floating around to continue to the next level without all those missing parts. Either way, she is done. But, she did learn a great deal and she is a smart pup. She still loves to jump hurdles (ok chairs in our house) and as long as I am dangling string cheese in her face, she will do all the tricks she learned. I will just keep up on them and maybe later, we will put her back in. Banzai too! It was fun while it lasted and if it were only Lucy and I, we would go for the gold because this is lots of fun for me. I love dogs in action! But i was not to be. *sigh*
